Shipping, Cancellation & Return Policy

At BitsZol, we aim to provide a fast, reliable, and friendly delivery experience for all your daily essentials. Please review the following policies carefully:


Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Coverage: We currently deliver to select localities within our service zones. Availability is shown at checkout after entering your address.
  • Delivery Timeframe: Most orders are delivered within 30–60 minutes of order confirmation, depending on traffic, item availability, and order size.
  • Delivery Charges:
    • Free delivery on your first 2 orders.
    • Subsequent orders may incur delivery fees based on value and distance. Exact charges are shown at checkout.
  • Delivery Hours: We operate 7 days a week, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
  • Missed Delivery: If the customer is unavailable, we’ll attempt contact. After 2 failed delivery attempts, the order may be cancelled and marked as failed.

Shipping Timeline (Processing Time)

  • All express grocery orders placed during working hours (8:00 AM to 9:00 PM) are processed immediately and delivered within 30 minutes.
  • Orders placed outside working hours will be processed the next day starting from 8:00 AM.
  • For courier-based items (e.g., speciality or regional products), shipping may take 2–4 business days depending on the delivery address.
  • Slot-based delivery orders are fulfilled in the selected delivery window.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled from your account dashboard before dispatch.
  • After Dispatch: Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not accepted. However, you may refuse any damaged or incorrect items at the time of delivery.
  • Refunds: For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days to your original payment method.

Return & Replacement Policy

We accept return/replacement requests only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Item is damaged, expired, or missing

We’ll resolve the issue via refund, credit, or replacement depending on the case.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Fresh fruits & vegetables, dairy, frozen goods, meat, and bakery items (unless spoiled/damaged)
  • Items that are opened, used, or tampered with post-delivery
  • Complaints made after 4 hours from delivery
